I have used G&H many times for A/C and heating service and repair, for my business and at home. I have referred G&H to many people, anything from a simple service call to replacing a whole system. G & H responded immediately to my request for service and accommodated my schedule when scheduling the service call. Their tech, Jamie, was an absolute professional. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous, and took the time to explain to me the issues we were having with our system. Upstairs AC out. Scheduled another company on Wednesday 9/3 for Saturday 9/6 a.m. appointment. No show by 11 a.m., so I called and left message. Owner called back. Told him I had to work in the afternoon and he asked if I'd like to reschedule. I said I'd get someone else. Tried to, but only could leave voicemail at one and the other had a $99 emergency call fee. Called him back and he had to "re-enter" my info (yeah, right). He sent a text to a tech but, by the time I got a call from his tech, Mark from G&H called. Mark was so nice that he moved me to the top of his list and even offered to drive right on by if another truck was there when he arrived. I didn't return the other tech's message about an appointment for the afternoon (when I had to be at the office). Mark came by, found that my first AC servicer had put in the wrong capacitor a couple years earlier and that the guy from another company who recommended new units for $24,000 was way off-base. Mark replaced the capacitor, fixed a bent fan blade, added four pounds of Puron, added dye for a Spring 2015 leak check and eased my mind about my units, all for the same or less than the first two companies…and no Saturday charge, either! G&H has my business forever…and annual Christmas card!

What a blessing this company was to me! The owner quickly came to my home even though I told him I was requesting a second opinion. I could immediately tell that Mark Hoag was a man of integrity. I am a female senior citizen and he treated me with great respect. He completely explained the furnace situation to me and quoted me a very reasonable price. I praise God that I found this company. I highly recommend G & H.
Honesty and Integrity
We have known Mark Hoag professionally for almost 20 years. Mark has been the only A/C person that we use because of his honesty and integrity.
