The holidays are upon us! Cool weather, shopping and Christmas cheer.

A big part of the holiday season is enjoying family in front of your fireplace. Russell Metzler, from Gas Product Services joined me on my radio show this week. Russell explains how he and his team can get your existing gas fireplace working again for the holidays. He can also convert your wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. The holidays are always made better spending cool evenings by the fire! Spending more time outside to the great weather? How about a fire feature? A gas fire pit? Fire bowl? Gas grill? Russell talks about all of this and more.

PRO TIP

If you smell gas in your home always call a professional to investigate. If you smell that rotten egg odor you should leave the house, turn off the gas, and let your home air out before reentering. Open doors and windows to allow fresh air in. Turn off the gas at the main valve, which is usually near the meter. Leave the property and call a plumber and/or your gas company.
